Documents requirements

As an identity document one of the following can be provided:

• Passport;
• ID card (for EU citizens);
• Internal passport (when applicable).

The address document must be different from the identity document (with the exception of the internal passport of Russian Federation) and must comply with the following requirements:

• Date of issue should be no more than 3 months prior to the current date (except for inner passport);
• Should contain the following info:
  • The issuer organization;
  • Your full name;
  • Your address.

As an address document one of the following can be provided:

• Utilities bill;
• Phone bill;
• Internet bill;
• Residence permit;
• Internal passport with address and photo;
• Real estate insurance document;
• Property tax notice;
• Bank statement.

As an income source document one of the following can be provided:

• Workplace document;
• Bank statement;
• Certificate of inheritance;
• Business or property purchase agreement;
• Service agreement;
• Loan agreement.

Document requirements:

• The documents provided should be in English or Russian languages. The documents in other languages should be submitted along with the officially notarized translation*;
  • * official translation means that the translation service provider has issued a signed document confirming that the translation is a precise and truthful representation of the original document.
• Should be valid on the date of submission.

We also reserve the right to request any additional documents that are considered required and/or appropriate and/or crucial and/or corresponding to the execution of the internal evaluations laid out in the Policy and Company manuals or outlined by the legal system.

Document copy requirements:

• Images should be clear and colored;
• Any text should be easily readable;
• The document page must be fully contained within the image;
• Document extensions: .jpg, .png, .bmp, .pdf, .tiff;
• File size: up to 10 MB.
